By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version shown here always applies.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
Payments
Payments are collected through Razorpay and support UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are exchanged after verification of a clear unboxing video, with the replacement delivered within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Product use
Our oils are cosmetic products, not medicines. Do a patch test before first use, keep away from eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor for any scalp condition.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, logos and packaging on this website belong to COCO Hair and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
