Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped by COCO Hair, operating https://cocohair.in. Support: enterprisesakhter@gmail.com.
Dispatch timelines
Orders placed before 4pm IST are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24 working hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays move out on the next working day.
Delivery estimates
All products are shipped and delivered within 6 to 8 days of placing your order. Remote locations may take slightly longer during festive periods.
Shipping charges
A flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies anywhere in India. Orders above ₹1,000 ship free. This covers safe packaging and courier handling.
Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched you'll receive the AWB number by email. You can also see the latest status of any order in the All Orders section of your account.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please record a clear unboxing video and write to us at enterprisesakhter@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will exchange the product and deliver the replacement within 7-10 business days.
Undelivered orders
If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the parcel returns to our warehouse. We'll reach out to arrange a re-dispatch; re-shipping charges may apply.
No returns
We follow a no-return policy — delivered orders cannot be returned. Only damaged or wrong products are exchanged after unboxing-video verification. See our No Return Policy for full details.
