Refund & Cancellation Policy
COCO Hair is a brand owned and operated by Razi Akhter, operating https://cocohair.in. Support: enterprisesakhter@gmail.com. If a transaction fails or an order or payment is cancelled, the amount always comes back to the same account it was paid from.
Return window
We offer a 3-day return window. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order by writing to enterprisesakhter@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchange for damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please record a clear unboxing video as proof. Once our team verifies the issue, we will process an exchange and deliver the replacement product within 7-10 business days.
Refund approval
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at enterprisesakhter@gmail.com.
Failed transactions
If a payment fails but money is debited from your account, the amount is automatically refunded to the same account, card, UPI ID or wallet used for the payment. Bank refunds usually reflect within 5-7 working days.
Cancelled orders
If an order is cancelled — by you before dispatch, or by us for any reason such as stock or serviceability issues — the full amount paid, including the delivery charge, is refunded back to the original payment method. No cash or alternate-account refunds are issued.
How to request a cancellation
Write to us at enterprisesakhter@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Duplicate or double payments
If you are charged twice for the same order, the extra amount is refunded in full to the same account automatically. If you don't see it within 7 working days, contact us with the transaction reference.
