Return window
We offer a 3-day return window. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order by writing to enterprisesakhter@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchange for damaged or wrong products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please record a clear unboxing video as proof. Once our team verifies the issue, we will process an exchange and deliver the replacement product within 7-10 business days.
Refunds on approved returns
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund is credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
