No Return Policy
COCO Hair operates https://cocohair.in. Support: enterprisesakhter@gmail.com. We do not accept returns on delivered orders.
No returns
COCO Hair follows a strict no-return policy. Since our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered, and no return requests are entertained for change of mind, wrong selection or partial use.
Exchange for damaged or wrong products
The only exception is a damaged product or a wrong item. Please record a clear unboxing video and write to enterprisesakhter@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once our team verifies the issue, we will exchange the product and deliver the replacement within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations and failed payments
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch and the full amount, including the delivery charge, is refunded to the original payment method. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is automatically credited back to the same account.
